Verdict

Given his fitness edge this fascinating four-runner affair may go the way of CHAMPAGNE CLASSIC. There was plenty to like about the way he won recently Fairyhouse and while he has yet to show winning form on a testing surface, he could have a slender advantage over these rivals. Chief of which looks to be Discorama who has won on his seasonal reappearance in the past and showed good form all last season. Roaring Bull found the trip too much in the Irish Grand National last season and this trip will be more too his liking. It is also hard to rule out the progressive Kupatana, a likeable mare, who should run her race.
  1. Champagne Classic
  2. Discorama
  3. Roaring Bull
