Verdict

This very much looks as though it boils down to a head-to-head. CURIOUS CARLOS has already scored over fences and that form has been subsequently franked and given his hurdles rating he should be able to concede the penalty to Caius Marcius who is making his chasing debut. His form over timber wouldn’t have been quite as good as his main rival but he would be the one most likely to take advantage of any mishaps to the likely market leader. Cool Valley has won a couple in point-to-points and he looks the most likely to take the minor placing.

  2. Caius Marcius
  3. Cool Valley
