Dual 2m chase winner at Ayr in 2024/25. Ended his time with Nick Alexander below par but much better signs for new yard with third of 9 in handicap chase back at Ayr (2½m, soft) in April, faring best of those held up. Not without interest off a handy-looking mark on his reappearance.
Winning pointer/hurdler. Made a successful start in this sphere in 4-runner handicap at Uttoxeter (2½m, good to soft) in May, finding plenty to get up close home. Open to further improvement this season, especially back over 3m.
Fetched £200,000 after winning a point and made a successful hurdling debut at Lingfield (19.5f) in November. Failed to build on that in novices at Cheltenham and Ascot (tongue tied) subsequently but has since had a breathing operation and rates an interesting chasing debutant.
Enthusiastic front runner who doubled his tally over fences in 4-runner handicap at Sedgefield (21f, good) 16 days ago, closed down late having gone clear after 2 out. Up 4 lb but likely capable of better still for yard enjoying a purple patch.
Held his form well without winning last season (often shaped as if ahead of his mark), placed for fourth consecutive time when second of 3 in handicap chase at Ayr (2½m, soft) in March. Not ruled out on his seasonal return.
Cemented a fine start over fences with success at Musselburgh (3m) in February. Signed off with a good fourth of 10 in handicap chase at Kelso (2¾m, good to soft) in March. Not dismissed.
Placed in points. Runner-up 6 times over hurdles before ending 2024/25 with a poor effort in first-time cheekpieces at Ayr (3m). Has subsequently had a breathing operation and the market can guide on his chasing bow/first run for 21 months.
Acquired for £72,000 after twice runner-up in Irish points. Progressed over hurdles last season, cosily getting off the mark at Carlisle (19f) in April. Off since unseated rider early on here (2½m, soft) in May. Much respected now going chasing.

Forecasts
Orderoftheday (10/3), Lermoos Legend (7/2), Tanking Along (4/1), Minella Marathon (4/1), Moyganny Phil (4/1), Bridge Court (15/2), Hombre De Guerra (10/1), Tommys Law (12/1), Heads Or Harps (25/1)
Lots with chances but it could pay to side with HOMBRE DE GUERRA to capitalise on a lenient-looking mark on his return with his yard back among the winners of late. Recent Sedgefield scorer Tanking Along could emerge as the main danger, although chasing debutant Minella Marathon and in-form Lermoos Legend can also play a prominent role.
