Hamilton Park Centenary Year Handicap

Hasn't looked the most enthusiastic and had an uncontested lead when finally off the mark over C&D 3 weeks ago. Had 7 lengths in hand that day but too soon to be suggesting he's a reformed character.

Won over 1½m at Newcastle in January but flopped under a penalty 8 days later. Returned with a solid fourth at Musselburgh before excuses at Nottingham. Remains unexposed over this sort of trip.

Flat/hurdles winner who looked unlucky (met trouble before finishing strongly) when runner-up at Beverley last month. Not in same form there following week but worth another chance.

Landed a double at Ayr last autumn. Stepped forward from reappearance when fourth there but seemed unsuited by this shorter distance 10 days ago.

Often thereabouts but well over 2 years since last success and there have been signs of decline this season. Headgear back on.
