Eternal Angel¹⁹

Age: 6| Weight: 11-10| J: Stan Sheppard| T: T Lacey| OR: 115| D

11/10

Placed 3 times for Nicky Henderson. Failed to kick on for Ellmarie Holden in Ireland last summer but easily landed the odds on yard debut in 6-runner novice at Huntingdon (2m) 19 days ago. This is tougher under a 7 lb penalty but still much respected.

Form: 32/755-1

L'amalric²²

Age: 5| Weight: 11-10| J: S Bowen| T: O Murphy| D

10/3

Built on an encouraging Southwell bumper third with a ready hurdling debut success in 10-runner novice at Worcester (2m) 22 days ago. Open to improvement and well in the mix under a 7 lb penalty.

Form: FP/FP3-1

Ladies Day²¹

Age: 5| Weight: 11-3| J: Jack Andrews| T: T Ellis| OR: 110| D

6/4

Point bumper winner who showed fair form when runner-up 3 times in bumpers under Rules. Still looked inexperienced in this sphere but easily landed 8-runner novice at Bangor (17f) 21 days ago. The one to beat.

Form: 2220-21

Pretty Darn Quick²⁸

Age: 6| Weight: 11-3| J: Tabitha Worsley| T: Sarah Hollinshead

250/1

Showed nothing in bumpers and it's been a similar story in a pair of 2m maiden hurdles over C&D and at Uttoxeter last month.

Form: 898-70

Scoro³⁷⁷

Age: 6| Weight: 11-3| J: B S Hughes| T: L Morgan

50/1

Petillo gelding. Dam, 17f/19f chase winner in France, is a sister to fair hurdler/fairly useful chaser in France (2m-2¼m winner) Kofi. Winning pointer last spring so he's highly respected on his hurdling debut.

Form: 3421/P4-

Knolton Park²⁸

Age: 5| Weight: 10-10| J: Thomas Bellamy| T: Miss V Williams

100/1

Showed limited ability in bumpers for David Loughnane last summer and she came in a well-held seventh of 11 for new yard in novice at Bangor (17f) on hurdles bow 28 days ago.

Form: 757-7
