Remains a maiden following 20 attempts but he put in a good shift equipped with a tongue strap when second of 11 in handicap at Kempton (6f) 8 days ago. Tongue strap retained and cheekpieces refitted. Should make his presence felt.

Gelded following 3 low-key qualifying runs last spring and went on to win 6f handicaps at Southwell and Lingfield for Martin Dunne during the summer. Remains on a reasonable mark and may well complete the hat-trick if raring to go back from a 7-month break on stable debut.

Has won 4 times over C&D, the latest off a 2 lb lower mark in January. Creditable third of 8 in handicap back here (5f) 26 days ago and he has to enter calculations.

Finally got his head in front over C&D in February and has performed with credit on several occasions since, including when second of 12 in handicap at Wolverhampton (6f) 3 days ago. Solid each-way shout.

Losing run stretches back to 2024 and while he's slipped to an attractive mark and has finished second on 2 of his last 4 starts, this 7-y-o is a little too hit-and-miss for comfort.

Provided that he is fully tuned-up for this seasonal reappearance, DANCING WITH DRUMS will take plenty of stopping in his hat-trick bid on debut for new connections. The 4-y-o won both starts switched to handicap company last summer and he should have more to offer. Sir Rodneyredblood is second choice, with Forever Noah also likely to take a hand in the finish.
