Fontwell maiden hurdle winner this time last year who showed improved form in handicaps in May/June. Possibly unsuited by conditions since, latest over longer trip at Newbury, and could be a player here.

Made winning start for Tim Vaughan in 3-runner contest at Ffos Las in October but not built on that in a couple of starts since. Others more appealing.

Winning pointer who has acquitted himself well in all 3 starts over hurdles, latest when fourth of 9 in handicap over this trip at Warwick. Remains open to improvement and is one for the shortlist.

Bumper/maiden hurdle winner who isn't the easiest to catch right, went close at Chepstow on final start last season but been well below that level in both outings this term. Dropped to a handy mark at least.

Disappointed at Warwick latest but had bounced back to recent best when runner-up in 2½m Southwell handicap hurdle previously and would be dangerous if back in same form here.

Bumper winner who opened her hurdles account at Chepstow in March of last year and backed that up when fifth in a very competitive Cheltenham handicap. Yet to fire this season but returns from a 3-month break and is worth monitoring in the market.

Fair bumper performer who made an encouraging start in this sphere at Chepstow in December. Disappointed both starts since but looks fairly treated for his handicap bow and must be respected.

Finished runner-up on second start in Ireland last November but well held both outings for current yard, including on handicap debut at Exeter last month. Up against it.
