Bet 10 Get 30 At Betano Handicap Chase (GBB Race)

Got back on the up in no uncertain terms for a new yard after 8 months off when bolting up in 7-runner handicap here (20f, soft) over 12 months ago. However, well held after a year off at Leicester last month and needs to leave that well behind back up in trip.

Fairly useful over hurdles/fences in France but has disappointed in a handful of runs for this yard. However, shaped as if retaining ability after 21 months off when fourth at Hereford 5 weeks ago and may yet click for this stable if getting a clearer run at things.

Got off the mark over hurdles in novice at Fontwell in May 2024 and may well have made a winning return from an absence over fences but for falling 2 out in Haydock handicap. Showed no ill-effects when runner-up at Huntingdon next time and remains open to improvement as a chaser.

Dual hurdles winner during 2023/24 campaign but offered little sent chasing after long absence both starts this season.

Solid form when landing 2½m handicap hurdle at Ffos Las in April and created a good impression when successful on chasing bow at Warwick. Backed that up when fifth of 15 in a better race than this at Cheltenham last time and remains one to be interested in.

Better than ever to win at Sedgefield and Market Rasen this autumn for Olly Murphy. However, sold for 5,500 gns subsequently and well held on yard debut here on New Year's Eve.

Cut little ice over hurdles but took a big step forward on chase bow when a clear second at Warwick and went one better off the same mark at Uttoxeter the following week, forging clear having laboured for most of the way. 10 lb higher now but respected all the same.

Much improved when off the mark on chase debut at Ffos Las (2m) in June. Similar form in defeat since but he has been a bit laboured, including in cheekpieces (retained) last time.
