Made successful hurdles debut for this stable at Ayr last November before struggling in a Grade 2 novice later that month. Shaped well on both starts for Lucinda Russell, latterly when runner-up on chase debut in October. Rejoined Nicky Richards and can continue his progression back over hurdles.

Fairly useful bumper winner who won a 2½m maiden hurdle at Wetherby last winter. Has made an encouraging return this season, suited by step back up in trip when chasing home a thriving winner at Wetherby (19.7f) last time. That form is strong for the grade and she remains one to be interested in.

Fair hurdler at best clearly not easiest to train. Sold from Stuart Crawford £6,500 and likely needed his hurdles comeback prior to unseating on chase debut at Ayr last month. Others arrive with more solid claims.

Better than ever when notching second victory of 2025 at Cartmel (2¾m, heavy) during the summer. Took a step forward from reappearance when sixth in a 7-runner handicap at Wetherby (24.1f, good to soft) 38 days ago and no surprise to see him closer to form back down in distance.

Fortunate to gain a fourth 2½m Hexham success in a 4-runner handicap in June, left in lead after leader blundered the last. Possible excuses on subsequent two starts over the same C&D (did too much too soon latest) but may need further leniency from the handicapper.

Point winner but only modest form in novice hurdles last season. Unsuited by steady gallop on stable debut prior to jumping poorly at Musselburgh (pulled up) last time. Hasn't been long with yard who often do well with new recruits and remains with potential if jumping better.

Arrives in excellent heart, recorded a ready success over C&D in November and straight back on track following an early unseat over fences when runner-up in a 14-runner handicap at Catterick (19.3f, good). 6 days ago. Another good showing expected.

Improved when twice a winner in testing ground. Had fallen down the weights prior to finishing a gambled on second over C&D last month, jumping better than previously in first-time cheekpieces (retained). Up 3 lb but merits respect with Gavin Sheehan taking over in the saddle for in-form stable.

Out of sorts on Flat and over hurdles for Rebecca Menzies prior to finishing down-the-field on stable debut last month. Significantly back up in trip and remains with questions to answer.

WASTHATOK arrives in excellent heart and can make it 2-2 over C&D. Just Call Me Lucy's Wetherby second has worked out very well and she's a danger, along with lightly-raced Saracen Beau who may progress again returned to hurdles. Aire Spray represents a yard in fine form and is another to note having been well-backed when runner-up here last time.
