Easy winner sole outing in Irish points and quick to reach a useful level over hurdles last season, an impressive winner of a Kelso Grade 2 in March. Made a promising start in this sphere when second of 3 in miaden at Perth (20.1f, heavy) 31 days ago so must enter calculations.

Made into a smart hurdler last term when bagging Grade 2s here and in the Relkeel Hurdle at Cheltenham. Starts out over fences now and has the potential to take very high rank in the novice chasing division.

Useful hurdler who made a winning start for his current yard at Wincanton (3m) last December but signed off with a below-form fifteenth in Pertemps at Cheltenham. Also came in a well-held fourth at Doncaster on his chasing bow but remains with potential in this sphere.

Verdict

LUCKY PLACE brings considerable potential to the novice chasing ranks and last year's Relkeel Hurdle victor is taken to make a winning start in this sphere. Jet To Vegas, no slouch over hurdles either, shaped well when runner-up on his fencing bow at Perth last month and should ensure Nicky Henderson's smart sort doesn't have things all his own way.
