All three British wins have been at Ripon over 1m2f. Bounced back from a rare poor run at Ascot with a better effort at Pontefract and now dropped in class. On a good mark but may find this ground lively enough.
Produced a career best when winning eased down over 1m2f at Haydock last time. Up in grade, trip and 8lb in the weights. Stays the distance fine and he may be up to defying a career high mark.
Progressive when winning off 2lb lower at Chester in June but hasn't matched that level in three starts since. Still lightly raced but needs to get back to her best to be in the mix.
Twice a C&D winner and successful over 1m2f at Ayr in May. Remains 5lb higher but a consistent mare, whose latest poor run on heavy can be excused. Suited by conditions and while her mark is high, she could go well.
Returned from hurdling to fail to beat a rival home over 1m6f here in June. Back on last winning Flat mark but would still need to find a lot more based on his runs since that success.
Irish raider remains 11lb higher than last year's handicap success. Struggled badly twice over hurdles and back on the Flat at the Galway Festival last time, so hard to be over confident in. Still for this stable he's worth a market check.
Formerly with Roger Charlton for whom he won over 1m6f at Wetherby last year. Proving inconsistent in five starts this year and this step up in grade unlikely to suit.
Forecasts
Acclamatio (9/4), Cape Islay (11/4), Mutamaded (9/2), Four Kingdoms (9/2), Low Profile (11/1), Maulesden May (12/1), An Fear Ciuin (33/1)
Maulesden May isn't suited by cut in the ground, so back on a more suitable surface this reliable mare is likely to leave her latest run readily behind. The grounds a concern with Mutamaded but he's down in class and on a good mark. FOUR KINGDOMS won with plenty in hand last time and considering it was the best performance of his career, he looks a horse to stay on the right side of at this level.
