17:30 Hamilton Wed 12 June 2019
Experienced gelding who won over 5f at Pontefract back in April 2018. Since then he has gone 15 races without success, including latest at Redcar (6f) where he was 11th of 12 runners. Down to a career low mark but needs to improve.
Was second over this C&D last September at a 5lb higher mark. Has shown very little in his two runs so far this season. On his last run he was seventh of 10 runners at Beverley (5f). Each-way claims.
Was denied victory by just a neck at Salisbury (7f) two starts back. Didn't run too badly on latest at Redcar (6f) last month. Has won off a mark of 71 so he is capable of much more. One for shortlist.
His three runs this season have been below-form. Back down to 6f again after his recent attempt over 1m at Ayr. Was fourth at Redcar over this distance last October where he was beaten by ½L. Would appreciate any rain.
A C&D winner who has struggled this year. He did show some signs of improvement on his latest run at Redcar (6f) when sixth of 12 runners. Has won off a mark of 77 so has to be respected.
Still a maiden after 14 races. Came close to scoring at Lingfield (1m) on the AW back in March. Has had wind surgery since last run at Newcastle (7f) so one to watch on the back of that.
A C&D winner who had two good runs on the AW to begin the year. Recent form on turf hasn't been great, including when last of 10 runners at Ayr (7f) last time out. Needs to improve.
Still a maiden after 12 runs. His run at Hamilton (5f) last time was a little better. Had an opening handicap mark of 75 but has slipped right down the weights since then. Others preferred.
Won over this distance at Nottingham on good ground just seven days ago and has been kept at the same mark. Has decent form on soft ground. Major contender to prevail once again.
Won on the AW at Chelmsford (7f) two starts back and almost scored again on next run on AW at Southwell (7f) as the 11/4 favourite when second of 14. Turf form hasn't quite been as good but she should not be ignored.
Has scored twice in her last three starts at Wolverhampton on the AW. Still a maiden on turf though where her mark is now much lower. One to consider given her recent form which has been promising.
A C&D winner who has been busy on the AW earlier this year. Has to be bounce back from most recent start at Wolverhampton (6f) on the Tapeta surface back in March when last of 12 runners. Others preferred here.
Has ran consistently well so far this year with three second place finishes, including on latest start at Nottingham (6f). A winner on soft ground so one for the shortlist here. Cheek pieces on for first time.
Yet to score after 29 attempts but ran close at Musselburgh (7f) two starts back when third of 11 runners. Best form has been on faster ground so wait for maiden success may have to go on.
Last success on turf was at Haydock (5f) back in July 2015. Has been busy on the AW earlier in the year. Shown very little on her three turf stars this season. Difficult to make a case for.
