Bumper winner at Sedgefield in April and ridden with an eye to the future on hurdles debut at Newbury. Built on that when turning tables on Ceara Be at Leicester last time, and will progress again. Can be keen, so may benefit from a first-time hood.
Won on hurdles bow, and finished ahead of It's O Kay when fourth to Lust For Glory at Newbury on penultimate start, but took a big backward step when down the field at Hereford last time. Needs to prove that was merely a blip.
Modest in bumpers. Better effort over hurdles when 16L fourth of 15 to Diamond Gait in mares maiden at Ludlow on debut, but failed badly to build on that last time, and something to prove now.
Homebred daughter of Lucarno from a late-developing family. Has hinted at ability on both starts to date, but likely to need more time to fulfil her potential.
Won a bumper on debut, and had breathing operation after second start at Cheltenham. Disappointing when 29½L fourth of 5 to Chequered View in mares maiden at Southwell on hurdling debut, but clearly has the ability to do better.
Showed promise in bumpers and has since been campaigned on the Flat. Best effort in that sphere when fifth in a Class6 handicap at Kempton last time, but this represents a stiffer task now hurdling.
Runner-up in a point-to-point before a couple of runs for experience in bumpers where she showed definite signs of talent without troubling the judge. Not dismissed out of hand now switching to hurdles.
Forecasts
Sula Island (5/4), It's O Kay (6/4), A Little Chaos (9/1), Perfect Myth (14/1), Mabela (25/1), Briery Bunny (25/1), Splash The Cash (40/1)
IT'S O KAY needs to improve on the ratings to win this, but she is going the right way, and can reverse Newbury form with Sula Island with a hood likely to help her settle. A Little Chaos has claims if her latest run is ignored, while the market will be useful in regards to Mabela.
