Triple winner in Italy over 7f-1m, but has been well held in three British starts, and hard to back with confidence despite falling mark.
Clearly better on AW than turf, and bounced back from a poor run when a good third to Ledham over C&D in September. Bombed out in headgear last time, though, and has since moved from the yard of Denis Quinn.
Back to form when third at Newmarket in September, and made late headway when sixth in a C&D listed race last time. Claims on that effort, but possible he's flattered by it.
Better than ever when winning a 1m handicap at Chelmsford last month. Ran well on both starts here, and looks likely to give another solid account.
Holding form since winning at Chelmsford in October, and ran well when 2½L fourth of 14 to Pinnata there last time. Unlikely to be too far away once again.
Goes well here, and improved for step up to 1m when landing a C&D handicap on latest start from Al Reeh. Remains on a very fair mark, and has leading claims in repeat bid.
Won a messy AW claimer on final start for Richard Fahey, but no great impact in C&D handicap starting out for new yard last time. Looks a shade too high in the weights.
Well placed to win at Amiens last month, but balance of his form leaves him with a bit to find with the principals here, and he's passed over.
