Group 2 winner in Turkey towards the end of last year and won a valuable handicap in Meydan during the winter. Not disgraced in a Group 1 at that course when last seen and ought to be making his presence felt at this level.

Got his act together towards the end of last season, winning at Goodwood before following up in a Newmarket Group 3. Has the ability but refused to settle in a Meydan Group 1 last time and his attitude is a concern. Wears first-time hood.

Has returned in good form this year winning a Listed race before narrowly touched off in a Group 3 at Sandown in April by a smart sort. Well beaten at Sandown on latest start but a return to faster ground may see him in a better light here.

Got his head back in front with the minimum of fuss in a Listed race at Goodwood last time out. Still gives the impression there's more to come and trainer often gets the best out of them with time. Should run well.

Group 3 winner at Sandown last year but form tailed off towards the end of 2017. Produced a more encouraging effort in Listed class at Goodwood last time but more needed here.

Has won twice in three starts last time and had ground as an excuse when well beaten in the Lincoln. Will need to take his form to a new level to compete with some of these rivals.

Won twice last year in handicap company and while he's run well in defeat in a couple of starts at pattern level this term, this looks tougher and he will need first-time blinkers to bring about a fair chunk of improvement.

Got his head back in front in a valuable handicap at Meydan last time. Form of that race has been done very few favours since but he won well enough on the day and fast ground will really suit.

Won his first three starts last year before he finished a beaten favourite at Haydock when stepped up in class. Ran well from the front at Sandown on return and while no match for the winner, he's sure to come on for that run.

Shaped like he needed the run at Sandown on his return last time on first start for his new stable. Brings some smart form in to this but there's a concern that all came in softer ground than what's likely here.

Gained a Group 3 win at Newbury last year but form tailed off badly and there wasn't much encouragement on his return at Chester last time. Has a bit to prove at present and Crowley prefers Laraaib.

Very inconsistent sort and well beaten when returning from a run over hurdles last time at Newbury. Needs to prove he can win outside of handicap company and has been dealt a blow with a wide draw here.

Won a maiden at Nottingham in impressive fashion and only just touched off in his two runs in handicaps subsequeuntly. Lost a shoe and may come on for the run at Newmarket last time so not dismissed despite having to find a bit on ratings.

Will love the ground here and he came on for his reappearance with a more promising effort at Goodwood last time when given too much to do. Expected to be played late but probably needs a career best to win this.

Well beaten in the Coronation Cup last time but that didn't seem his true running and he's more effective on quicker ground than what he had that day. First-time cheekpieces could spark improvement and not one to rule out.

Won a Group 3 at Windsor in 2016. Only seen sparingly since but she did finish 2017 on a high when winning at Newmarket and there's a strong chance she needed the run at York on reappearance. Not one to dismiss getting weight from all her rivals.

Verdict

Another competitive affair to close the card and it's MIRAGE DANCER who shades the vote after an impressive win in Listed class at Goodwood last time. Sharja Bridge looks like a progressive sort that this yard do well with and it's telling he's stepped up to Listed class rather than going down the handicap route. Leshlaa is forced to concede weight to all but one of his rivals but he's not one to rule out after a fair effort in a strong Group 1 last time.
