Below par the last twice and steps up to this new distance for the first time now. Dam stayed further than this so it's probable he will too and he is could improve further if doing so.
Only 1lb higher than when winning at Ayr in May. Vulnerable to a younger, improving type in his relative old age, but it's perhaps more of a concern that none of his 12 career victories have come over this distance or further.
Ran well in a similar race to this at Newbury last time out and has won several times off a higher handicap mark than this previously. Leading claims if able to repeat or build on that level of form from last time.
Winner of a Lingfield seller last time out over this trip, which he managed in impressive style. This represents a different challenge though, and he has something to find base on his recent handicap form.
No improvement on his tame Irish form when making his stable debut at Kempton last time over much further (2m, standard to slow). Drop back in trip might help, but plenty more needed in a first time tongue strap.
C&D winner who recorded a tenth career victory at Pontefract two starts ago. Back at his optimum distance now and should be capable of going well, even if he is a little high in the handicap.
In good form earlier in the year but hasn't been capable of running to that standard for the past couple of months. Would be right there if able to bounce back to his best now.

Mysterial (7/4), Kiwi Bay (11/4), Hannington (13/2), Dutch Artist (13/2), Attain (13/2), Warfare (10/1), Chelwood Gate (12/1), In The House (100/1)
CHELWOOD GATE caught the eye when finishing second at Newbury last time out, and has won off a higher mark than what he's currently on several times in the past. With the ground likely to help his cause, he looks the one to be on here, ahead of Dutch Artist, who could improve for this step up in trip (with a slight stamina doubt, though his dam stayed further than this), and Mysterial, who should enjoy the return to his optimum distance.
