Grade 1 winner at Belmont last year and has been running well this campaign. Impressive winner of the Huxley Stakes at Chester last month. The ground went against him at the Curragh, before third of 16 behind Ribchester in the Queen Anne at Royal Ascot.
Won the Irish Lincolnshire on seasonal reappearance at Naas in March, before third of four behind Minding and a win here in the Listed, Glencairn Stakes in June.
No win since a Leopardstown Group 3 early last season but has run consistently well in some very classy races since, including when runner-up to Minding in this year's Mooresbridge Stakes, before third of six, beaten 2¾L in the Curragh 1m2f Group 3 International Stakes.
Not the most prolific on turf (2/23) but showed game attitude to get the job done last time out at Gowran Park over this sort of trip, before third of 12 , beaten 1¼L here last week over 1m2f.
Fascinating contest in store here with plenty of fancy entries for many of the competitors here. Queen Anne third, DEAUVILLE, has this to loose and any chinks in the armour will be exposed by Brendan Brackan and Moonlight Magic.
