Useful juvenile (won twice including at Listed level). Very highly tried on her return and should be much better suited by a return to this level and certainly a player here.

Drops a long way in trip after showing some good form at Listed level and confirming that form last time with an odds-on win at Clonmel. There is potential there but the drop back to 7f is a worry.

Winner on debut last year but failed to build on that run over 6f but bounced back to form on her reappearance this year in a handicap at Leicester. Worth a try at this level especially with the yard in very good form this season.

Maiden win at Nottingham over a mile came as a bit of a surprise when a 50/1 shot and hard to see her making in impression at this level.

First two runs as a two-year-old read very well in the context of this race (runner-up in the Albany on her second start). A little disappointing after that but bounced right back to her best when winning at Leicester on her reappearance. Will be one the main players in this and sets a good standard.

Useful sort who is a winner of a handicap in April at Gowran Park and stepped up on that form when just outside the placings in a Group 3 at the Curragh. A repeat of that run would give her a good chance here and she's an interesting contender.

Takes a big rise in grade here after making some steady progress in maidens and getting off the mark in that sphere last time.

Roll back to last year when she was a three-time winner as a juvenile and she would have a good chance in this. She has been highly tried this year but is proving more miss than hit at the moment.

Looked capable of real progress after winning her first two starts over 7f but held at higher level than this on her last couple of outings as a juvenile. Not shown anything this year that would show her as progressive and best watched for now.

Up in trip and grade after only winning a handicap last time over 6f and this represents a far harder test. Hard to see her scoring in this grade given her overall level of form.

Forecasts

Bletchley (7/4), Isabel's On It (9/2), Elusive Beauty (11/2), Asidious Alexander (8/1), Bahamadam (8/1), Savannah Slew (12/1), Aurora Butterfly (16/1), Pichola Dance (20/1), Miss Infinity (20/1), Alouja (20/1), Best Of My Love (80/1)

Verdict

Last season’s Albany form is represented here by BLETCHLEY who looks as though she has returned to form now and her trainer Ralph Beckett has a good record here with his runners and he may well be able to improve those figures here. The dual Irish challenge is interesting with Elusive Beauty and Aurora Butterfly having a little to find on pure ratings but both have shown enough to enable them to operate at this level. Asidious Alexanader will be suited by this drop in grade and is much respected for a yard that place their horses well.
