C&D winner back in 2015 and has only run twice since then but did run well last time out off a break over the same C&D after blowing the start and the running on late. Still looks well treated if able to back that run on his second run after a break.
Shown only modest form of late although his comeback run after a seven month break was creditable enough and he could step forward from that although he's not won for nearly two years.
Looks a better performer on the AW than turf and he was well below form last time out at Nottingham over 6f beating just one home. Has won over C&D on the past but this mark of 54 looks to be about right these days and others make more appeal.
Another C&D winner in the field who failed to back-up a good previous run last time at Lingfield just turning in a modest effort.
Winner here over C&D in May on his penultimate start off a 3lb lower mark but failed to follow that up last time when well below that form over 6f at Kempton Park back on the AW off his higher mark in that sphere. Has won off a mark this high on turf but that was a while ago and still remains better on synthetic surfaces.
Modest handicapper at best who was coming back from a long break when well held at Salisbury last time and makes little appeal here.
Winner here over C&D on quick ground on her penultimate start off a lowly mark of 47 in what was an ordinary contest. Up 5lb for winning that weak contest and that found her out next time back on softer ground. Mark stays the same and that is likely to see her tested again.
Showed improved form when winning over C&D last time off a 4lb lower mark having been well beaten over the same C&D on her two previous runs. The softer surface may well have helped last time out but up 4lb and back on quicker ground will provide her with a tougher test here.
Best run came on debut when he was fourth to the useful Victory Bond at Ripon over 1m2f when with Hugo Palmer. Has shown little since then though and even the first-time visor couldn't bring about any improvement last time and this trip looks on the short side.
Goes for the 30th time at the course having won here three times before all over the bare 5f but is effective over this longer trip. Finished fourth behind Zophilly last time having too much to do and drops to a mark of 48 here which should keep her competitive.
Behind Zophilly last time over C&D but has himself won over C&D last September off a 1lb lower mark. Consistent enough at this level but always likely to find one better.
Remains a maiden and was well held last time out returning from a nine month break finishing well behind plenty of today's rivals and will do well to reverse that form.
Form looks poor and it would be a surprise to see him break his maiden here after a moderate run last time out at Brighton over 7f.
Well held over a mile at Brighton last time and drop in trip here. Best form has been over 7f bit hard to see him getting involved here from out of the handicap.

Really hard to find any solid contenders here even with seven C&D winners in the field. Harrison Stickle looks a horse who could be a little better than his current mark but has obviously had some problems and on his second run back from a break he could well bounce. Indian Affair would be a threat if he could dominate while Compton Prince is capable at this level on turf despite being better on the AW. Burauq is a consistent sort at this level and will be one for each-way backers but it may well be worth giving CATALINAS DIAMOND a chance to gain her fourth course win and her first over C&D after her good run here last time when she looked as though she needed all of this trip.
- Catalinas Diamond
- Harrison Stickle
- Burauq
