Has run well twice for this yard, winning at Stratford before finishing second in better company at Cheltenham last time. The return to a flatter track and slightly shorter trip will play to his strengths, so he is a major player.
Quite successful point-to-pointer, but has yet to win over fences under Rules after 13 attempts. Not getting any younger, but is in good heart and respected.
Has won 12 of his 15 point-to-points and is a leading light in that sphere, but can't seem to get his act together in hunter chases and is 0-5. Stopped very quickly at Cheltenham last time and while his record clearly underlines his talent, that recent flop is hard to dismiss.
Has won six times in the point-to-point field and makes his hunter chase debut. Cheekpieces are fitted for the first time and he is certainly worth a second look.
Won a maiden point-to-point last month, but he was one of only two finishers and his limitations were exposed in a slightly better event last time. Unlikely to cope with one or two of these rivals.

Always Archie (10/11), Broken Eagle (9/4), Abbey Lane (15/2), Proximo (9/1), Spessartine (25/1), Legend To Be (33/1)
If only Broken Eagle could transfer his point-to-point form to hunter chases he would be a major force in this sphere. His profile suggests that is unlikely so ALWAYS ARCHIE is a more reliable proposition. He has run two good races for connections and can return to winning ways. Abbey Lane may be the one to chase him home, while Proximo is of some interest in first-time cheekpieces.
