Gallops Report from Sir Michael Stoute's yard

Sir Michael Stoute sent his workers far and wide on the Limekilns facility with his key players for Goodwood in the spotlight.

CRYSTAL OCEAN didn't enjoy the rub of the green after getting lit up at Royal Ascot and he showed his current well being in a stretch on the Round gallop.

The Evelyn de Rothschild-owned colt edged out TAAMOL by a length and heads for the Gordon Stakes next week.

MUSTASHRY couldn't compete in the Royal Hunt Cup owing to a late hiccup but he is in great form ahead of the Betfred Mile.

He was keeping smart company, with POET'S WORD in tow, but as the pair upped the pace at the finish Mustashy looked to be travelling the better.

KHAIRAAT is heading for a race next week and showed how together he is by lengthening six clear of the recently gelded ABDON.

FRONTISPIECE has done well this year and the lightly-raced colt should acquit himself will in Her Majesty's colours next week. He lost his unbeaten record at Sandown, but after mixing it with MUDAARAB is ready to bounce back.

PRECISION was the next up, powering a couple clear of SPLASH AROUND before the work moved onto the Short gallop.

In this, Newbury two-year-old scorer EXPERT EYE showed his prowess by skipping three clear of the year older SWIFTSURE.
