The Tin Man confirms he's in good heart with return win at Windsor

The Tin Man made a pleasing return to action with victory in the Weatherbys Hamilton Leisure Stakes at Windsor.

James Fanshawe's Group One-winning sprinter travelled wide, but he was still too good for six rivals in the Listed sprint over six furlongs.

The Tin Man, who won this race in 2016, took control inside the final furlong and ended up defeating D'Bai by three-quarters of a length under Tom Queally.

He will now take aim at back-to-back victories in the Diamond Jubilee Stakes at Royal Ascot, a race for which Sky Bet make him a 10/1 chance.

"This is great," Queally told At The Races.

"His head's in a very good place. And when his head is in a good place he relaxes."

Fanshawe said: "He seems really happy and I'm very relieved to win.

"Hopefully we are on course for the Diamond Jubilee again.

"Hopefully the horse will do the talking for us this season."
