The Market Place: Sky Bet movers, Price Boosts and a tip from the traders

We round up the details from the Sky Bet trading room today including a move for Silver Quay under Bryony Frost at Taunton.

Market Movers

Best-backed selection: Azzeccagarbugli (18.45 Chelmsford) – 3/1 from 8/1

Marco Botti's horse ran well at Chelmsford when fourth from a mark of 100 in August and while he's been a bit in and out since, the five-year-old Italian import returns off a 7lb lower mark this evening.

Chelmsford

17.15 – Eye Of The Water 7/2 from 11/2

18.45 – Azzeccagarbugli 3/1 from 8/1

Newcastle

13.45 – Rhymers Stone 25/1 from 40/1

Taunton

13.35 – Silver Quay 15/2 from 16/1

14.10 – Joueur Bresilien 6/1 from 10/1

Warwick

13.55 – Quarenta 13/2 from 10/1

14.30 – Black Buble 4/1 from 8/1

Price Boosts - Hit or Miss?

13.15 Newcastle - Highland Hunter

HIT - Beat subsequent winner in good style at Ayr and while the penalty makes life tougher, looks a horse to follow.

13.25 Warwick - Jester Jet

HIT - Clear standout based on official ratings and moving back up in distance can only be a good thing for this strong stayer.

12.25 Tramore - Getaway Katie Mai (Feature Boost)

HIT - Quality bumper horse who was bought up by JP McManus; hurdling debut effort at Galway was a perfectly good start to life over obstacles and she should take the world of beating.

13.05 Taunton - Birds Of Prey

MISS - Good Flat performer but possibly best watched until we've seen he's effective over timber.

17.45 Chelmsford City - Divine Image

MISS - Obvious appeal based on trainer/owner record at the track with juveniles but yet to be seen in action and percentage call is to swerve this daughter of Scat Daddy who starts out over a mile (suggesting she's not quite as pacy as her pedigree suggests).

Trader Tip

March Is On (14.30 Warwick)

In what is a pretty weak contest at Warwick, we take a chance on Jonjo O'Neill's March Is On. Won a 3m point-to-point on soft to heavy ground at Sedgefield but he hasn’t fared the best in his four hurdle starts, finishing a long way back in third on his handicap debut last time out. More is expected today, however, as he returns after a break with a 4lb lower mark and is also back on his preferred ground.
