Polydream is likely to drop down in distance after failing to see out the mile on her recent reappearance at Saint-Cloud.
Jockey Maxime Guyon reported to trainer Freddy Head that he felt the filly did not stay when finishing sixth of seven to Plumatic in the Group Two Prix du Muguet.
That was only the third time the daughter of Oasis Dream had tried a mile and the first since she was last of 14 in the French 1000 Guineas last spring.
Her four wins have come over seven furlongs or under, the latest being in the Prix Maurice de Gheest at Deauville in August.
"She's very well. No plans for the moment. She came out of the race very well," said Head.
"She doesn't stay, that could be a reason for her performance. That's what the jockey said.
"We could drop her back in distance."
