All the best racing is done and dusted before England kick-off against Sweden at the World Cup today and while it's a shame Masar misses the Coral-Eclipse, SAXON WARRIOR can prove this swift reappearance was a shrewd judgement from Aidan O'Brien.

He only ran in the Irish Derby last weekend, but he wasn't beaten far at all and he can get back in the winning groove now he drops to 10 furlongs for the first time. This might not be pretty, but he can battle up the Sandown hill at the main expense of Roaring Lion.

He's the cornerstone of this week's yankee, but put in the speedy Judicial, the well-handicapped Tigre Du Terre and the improving Narella alongside the Ballydoyle charge on a top afternoon's racing at the Esher track.
