The 20-year-old German is now into 10/1 with Sky Bet (from 14/1) to land his maiden Grand Slam title after his straight sets win over odds-on Federer on Sunday.

"Paul Young landed this prize with Bubbly Bluebird last year, and the master handler looks to have another ace in the pack with the highly promising October ’15 whelp. The son of Droopys Jet was slightly disappointing when well-backed for the Puppy Trophy final at Hove earlier this month, though he was crowded out at the first and third bend and his fourth place finish can probably be upgraded. He had looked highly promising prior to that effort and could restore his earlier lofty reputation by getting through to the latter stages of this competition."

Andy Schooler - John Isner, outright, Western & Southern Open
"He blasted his way to titles in Newport (on grass) and Atlanta before opting out of Washington after two solid weeks. He returned in Montreal only to suffer a first-round loss to Del Potro. I can forgive him that. Conditions will suit better here – it tends to play fast in Cincy – and Isner showed his propensity for the courts in 2013 when he made the final, Djokovic being among his victims that year. Some will perhaps be surprised he’s not made an impression here since but to be fair he’s not been that far away. Last year he lost two tie-break sets to Raonic and in 2014 Murray beat him in a final-set breaker."

Simon Crawford - Shaun Murphy to win the China Championship
"He comfortably qualified by beating the dangerous Zhang Anda 5-2 and he will open his campaign against Ireland's Ken Doherty, who he leads 6-4 in their head-to-head. Then it would be a potential meeting with either Anthony Hamilton or Peter Ebdon, so it's not the worst of starts for him. At this early stage of the campaign when form is little or no guideline, prices have to play a big part in reasoning and I would be surprised if Murphy was as big as 25s again this season so for me he has to be worth siding with."
