Sunday Market Movers: Grey gamble at Cheltenham on day three of November Meeting

There are plenty of movers at Sky Bet on both sides of the Irish Sea on a cracking day's racing, including a Nigel Twiston-Davies gamble in the Cheltenham opener.

Today's Market Movers

Lots of movers around today with some cracking jumps action on both sides of the Irish Sea.

Nigel Twiston-Davies bids to follow up his BetVictor Gold Cup win with Splash Of Ginge in the very first race with ATLANTIC GREY proving popular, into 10s from 18s. It's telling there's money for him on his handicap debut now he steps up in trip.

NIETZSCHE is the one for money in the Greatwood. Tipped up by our Ben Linfoot in his Value Bet column, the ground has come right for Nietzsche who will be ridden the talented 5lb claimer James Bowen this afternoon.

In Ireland SPEIRLING is the mover that catches the eye in the Punchestown bumper. The son of Hurricane Run shaped well on his debut at the same track 208 days ago and the booking of Katie Walsh, combined with the market support, has set the alarm bells ringing. Ding ding ding!

Today's Trader Tip: 12:10 Cork - Minella Times

There’s already been plenty of money around for the JP McManus second-string Minella Times and that money might be worth following on hurdle bow in a competitive maiden at Cork. This son of Oscar was unfortunate not to win an Irish P2P, falling at the final fence when asserting his dominance over a decent field. The fortuitous winner has since joined Ian Williams and finished 2nd in a novice hurdle earlier this week, whilst the 2nd Red River impressed when making a successful debut for Kim Bailey last month and is a 20/1 shot for the Albert Bartlett at Cheltenham. Minella Times may be a good prospect and still appears value at an each-way price.
