Free racing tips: Man On The Spot previews every race from Lyon-Parilly on Monday

Check out our race-by-race verdicts and nap selection for Monday's meeting at Lyon-Parilly.

10.40 (All times BST, live on Sky Sports Racing): Winvalchope was beaten 6 lengths into second behind Night Hunting at Chantilly earlier this month with Dia De Muertos a couple of lengths back in third. Key Free made his debut here ten days ago and wasn't beaten far in fifth while Imperatario was beaten 5l at Durtal last weekend. Both Always In My Head and OTELLO hail from yards in very good form with preference just for the latter, whose sire was a top-class two-year-old.

11.10: Heaven's Fair Lady is a full-sister to a 7f winner and half-sister to a winning miler. Vie Privee is by Mayson so should have plenty of pace as should Coeursamba, a half-sister to four-times winner Lady Sidney. Selket's yard is in cracking form though she's by a Japan-based middle-distance stallion but the E310,000 yearling MARIE DE VEGA is a full-sister to Ralph Beckett's very smart Antonia De Vega, who won her first two starts as a two-year-old. The Godolphin-owned Magna Mater is by Zoffany out of a very moderate Galileo mare while Madouss is a half-sister to three moderate winners.

11.40: Permenton is by Rio De La Plata out of a moderate mare by Holy Roman Emperor. Niccolo Des Places is by Silver Frost out of a mare who won a poor contest over 1m2f while Magic Edouard cost just E26,000 at the Arc yearling sales. The latter is by Dabirism, who is also the sire of Allez Barza, who is from a top yard though should do better over further. Entei is by Motivator and another likely to need more of a stamina test but Wootton Asset is quite speedily-bred and can get into contention. Go Atheltico is by the speedy Goken but ETHNIC TYPE looks the one to beat on breeding as the son of Fast Company cost 200,000gns at Tattersalls.

12.10: Arrogante made a promising debut at Lyon La Soie in December but didn't make the expected progress at Chantilly the following month. HURACAN, from a yard in top form, hasn't been running well on the all-weather but did much better on Turf last summer and may be good enough in a poor contest. Sitoutvabien looks moderate but Suffrage will be better for a run at Fontainebleau in November. Trezy Boy cost E50,000 and won't need to be special to make a winning start.

12.50: Creative didn't enjoy heavy ground last time when 3 lengths behind DEACON but he's won on good going and on the all-weather and has to be respected. The winner had earlier been placed in his first four starts and can complete a double. Any more rain would certainly be to the advantage of Souveraine Elusive, who ploughed through testing ground to score easily at Saint-Cloud. Savoir Aimer is another who could do with some rain as he completed a double on ground with plenty of give last summer. Bellariva has been in excellent form on the all-weather, scoring at Cagnes and Chantilly, and though well beaten on Turf is probably capable of much better.

13.25: La Golden Havana hasn't run since a promising debut on Deauville's Polytrack in November but the booking of Barzalona suggests he'll be ready for this. BONNE IDEE, who is by Frankel out of a mare who has produced winners with her first four offspring, started a short-price favourite on her debut on testing ground at Deauville in October but never got going. Today's conditions should suit and she could be one to follow this season. Anahata made an encouraging debut at Fontainebleau as did Zahony on the all-weather at Deauville while the newcomer Satono Elpis is a E600,000 daughter of Galileo.

14.00: Seven-times winner Il Pittore is generally thereabouts at this level and the booking of Soumillon is an obvious bonus. What Do You Say has disappointed since making a winning debut on soft ground in 2018 while it's a long time since Quevillon showed any signs of form. ZARIYANO pops up every now and then as he did at Chantilly in August under apprentice Lucie Oger so could be good enough to get back on the winning trail.

14.35: This shouldn't take much winning and THE FUNK BIBLE has been narrowly beaten the last twice, the latest in a Bordeaux handicap, form that could be good enough. Curandero was well supported in a Compiegne claimer last time though disappointed but the lightly-raced Beaufour has shown potential and is interesting on his handicap debut. All Revved Up and Nyakim have also shown enough to be worthy of consideration in a low-grade handicap.

15.05: Both victories by Flue En Sol have come in handicaps and she looks a big player at this level. Holdgreen won a handicap at Nantes on really heavy going in October under today's rider so would need further rain to enhance his claim. Shaken No Stirred wasn't beaten far on the all-weather last time and gained his only victory on Turf so has to be respected but TURNBERRY looks the one to beat. She's only run four times, landing a heavy-ground claimer at Le Croise-Laroche in December, and ran well enough at Pornichet last time to suggest she'll be up to this.

15.35: Nuance De Trois has never won in 13 starts but has shown ability and can't go much lower in the weights, especially with Clara Cornet's claim to aid her cause. Smart Cookie ended last year with a good run on the all-weather at Chantilly and looked a likely future winner on her reappearance here ten days ago so should get into contention though it's very difficult to look past ULAN (NAP) after his demolition job at Compiegne ten days ago. Soumillon was on board that day and hangs around for the ride here so a quick double looks on the cards. El Viso could snatch a place at a fair price.
