SKY TREASURE gained a surprise victory over the track and trip last month but the form was boosted when the runner-up scored next time. Happy Good Guys, who started favourite, was beaten 2 lengths into fourth and completely missed the break on his next start. Farm Bumper landed a lower-grade contest over 5f here in March but has been staying on over that trip in this company in his last two starts so the extra could bring about further improvement. Gintoki, a regular winner in Australia, was returning from a long break when only fading close home here last month and has dropped to a winnable mark. The three-year-old Management Supreme almost made all on just his second start last month and was only caught close home by an in-form rival.

12.15 - Racecard and form

Shadow Breaker made every yard over the track and trip last month with Party Together staying on nicely into third and Dionysus Collin battling on into sixth. The winner is up 6lb and could have done with a better draw but the latter, who is still a maiden after 19 starts, performed really well when runner-up a couple of weeks ago and can turn the tables. Joao Moreira was on board when SALTO OLIMPICO gained his last victory here in June, the only time he has ridden him. The six-year-old attempted to make all over 1m3f last time but didn't quite last home and can return to winning ways. The title-chasing jockey was on board Perfect To Play when Caspar Fownes' charge won over the course and distance last time but deserts him for the selection.

12.45 - Racecard and form

Focus arrives in top form having only just failed to overcome a 5lb rise last month incurred for his victory three weeks earlier. Zac Purton's mount Amazing Luck bounced back to form to finish third and is 4lb lower than his last winning mark. However, the one to take from the race is SEIZE THE SPIRIT, who looked to be going well when impeded as he was making his run. He stayed on again and can gain compensation. The very consistent Blooming Spirit is in cracking form and has a nice berth so looks certain to get into contention. Moreira gets on board Lightning Steed, who has been looking a few pounds high since winning here in December while Nitro Express had to drop into lower grade to finish a short-head second last month.

13.15 - Racecard and form

Douglas Whyte has been providing both Purton and Moreira with winners so the fact that neither is on board Jolly Good Heart, an easy winner in Australia under a different name in November, suggests he may just need the run. The champion is on board Be Ready, as he has been for the past four starts. He's been very consistent at this level but has yet to record a victory nor has Moreira's mount Explosive Witness. Caspar Fownes' charge was beaten a neck into third behind ALLIED AGILITY a month ago and with Alfred Chan's claim taken into consideration the winner will be better off at the weights and can confirm the form.

13.45 - Racecard and form

ARES was having just his second start when landing a course and distance handicap in February and may have been a bit unfortunate when runner-up next time as the winner got first run. He's entitled to make further progress and looks the one to beat. Hero Time was returning from a lay-off when gaining his third career success last month but Purton, who rode him, sticks with the selection. Monkey Jewellery has dropped to a winnable mark and hasn't been beaten far the last twice though his two victories have come on Sha Tin's much stiffer track. Lucky Quality has only had four runs and shown up nicely so an inside berth puts him in the frame.

14.15 - Racecard and form

SIMPLY FLUKE (NAP) hit the crossbar a couple of times before changing stables and completing a double under Moreira. Drawn on the outside on both occasions, he gets a wide berth again but is running so well he'll be very difficult to beat. Destine Jewellery went up 8lb for scoring last month and couldn't quite cope on a return visit when he finished behind runner-up Interstellar, who had dropped to a lowly mark but is back up 2lb. Jade Phoenix has had just five starts and been a beaten favourite in three of them. He's probably a couple of pounds high as is Multimax, whose only victory came in lower grade at Sha Tin.

14.45 - Racecard and form

Magnificent has done very well here since transferring from Richard Hannon. He scored at this level on Boxing Day and though 8lb higher his rider's claim puts him in the picture. Racing Luck was conceding Farshad 12lb when narrowly beaten into second in February and should have no problems reversing the form on 8lb better terms. Green Reign has yet to win and is drawn outside though he got to the front a furlong out last time only to be headed close home. NORDIC WARRIOR had dropped to a lowly mark when runner-up at this level last month and though raised 1lb has his rider's claim as a bonus so gets the nod to go one better.

15.15 - Racecard and form

Most of these arrive in good form, especially California Rad, who is on a hat-trick. Tony Cruz' three-year-old came through strongly to beat the fast-finishing PING HAI GALAXY but a 4lb pull in the weights gives John Size's grey the edge. Golden Dash was only just over a length away in third and Purton replaces an apprentice. Beauty Spark went up 6lb for beating Californiadeepshot a length last month and couldn't quite concede 11lb to Good For You next time when Little Bird finished a close third. The Runner gave notice of an imminent victory when runner-up last month and duly obliged next time but this is a step-up in class.

15.50 - Racecard and form

A lucrative handicap to end proceedings. This Is Class completed a hat-trick when stepping up to this grade for the first time last month and though 6lb higher still looks capable of better. Shining Gem, a Group 3 winner in Australia, has won three times since arriving here including on this track last time and has a nice berth. The three-year-old Larson has won twice and been placed four times in his last six though his victories have come over 5f. With a rating of 100, AMAZING STAR is already Group class having been beaten just once in five starts and that was when odds-on for a Class 1 handicap. He's a real class-act who can see off the challenge of Shining Ace, a comfortable winner at this level under Moreira, who wasn't on board when performing moderately last time.
