LLANDINABO LAD can kick off the Lucky 15 with victory in the Cazoo Beginners’ Chase. Tom Symonds’ horse is well proven in testing ground and he should appreciate the conditions of this race after finding one too good in handicap company last time out.
SAM BROWN – 2.00 Lingfield
Anthony Honeyball’s SAM BROWN could be the answer to the feature Fleur De Lys Chase over 2m6f. This is a good little race with Brave Seasca, Bristol De Mai and Two For Gold having their own chances, but Sam Brown looked as good as ever in the Charlie Hall and first-time cheekpieces can help him travel better at this trip. He’s had a nice break since Aintree.
COOLVALLA – 3.00 Lingfield
He’s on a real roll and COOLVALLA can go in again in the Surrey National Handicap Chase. Chris Gordon’s horse started life over fences off a basement mark of 90 but he’s three from three and is up to 117 now after a hat-trick of impressive victories. This is a step up in class but he looks well up for the challenge.
HADDEX DES OBEAUX – 4.00 Lingfield
Gary Moore’s HADDEX DES OBEAUX was an impressive winner at Warwick and under a 7lb penalty he’s 3lb well in for this handicap chase. Conditions should be no bother to him judging by that Warwick success and this upwardly-mobile chaser can bring the Sunday multiple home.
