Ed Chamberlin previews the final day of Royal Ascot

Sky Bet are paying seven places in the Wokingham and Ed Chamberlin has a 16/1 each-way fancy for the cavalry charge.
Nap: 1540 Royal Ascot
My fellow sportinglife columnist Richard Fahey went agonisingly close to winning the Commonwealth Cup on Friday and can gain swift compensation with Sabre in this afternoon's Windsor Castle Stakes. He is the Malton trainer's nap of the week and is better than he showed in the National Stakes last time when things went against him. The form may have taken a knock in the Norfolk but Richard has a strong team of juveniles this season and really rates this colt. I take him to win.
Next best: 1700 Royal Ascot Blue De Vega
With Sky Bet paying seven places in the Wokingham we have to throw a dart at it and I like Blue De Vega. He will relish this return to six furlongs and has shaped with plenty of promise in his recent starts. Robert Cowell is a dab hand with these sprinters and he'll find the key to this one. He looks a good each-way bet with the extra places concession.
