Samcro has not been declared for the Sky Bet Supreme Novices' Hurdle, the race which opens the Cheltenham Festival at 1.30 on Tuesday.
Ante-post favourite Getabird is one of 20 runners and his trainer Willie Mullins has won the Festival curtain-raiser three times in the last five years and a record five times overall. His last two respective major hopes, Min and Melon, both finished second.
This year's assault is headed by Getabird, who is unbeaten in four starts and was a brilliant winner of the Moscow Flyer Novice Hurdle at Punchestown January, a race Mullins inmates Vautour and Douvan claimed en-route to Supreme glory.
The Closutton handler has a second string to is bow in Sharjah.
Gordon Elliott's Mengli Khan and Henry de Bromhead's Paloma Blue are also leading hopes for the Irish contingent, while the home team includes Amy Murphy's Betfair Hurdle hero Kalashnikov, Tom George's Tolworth Hurdle winner Summerville Boy and Claimantakinforgan, who is Nicky Henderson's only representative.
Debuchet, First Flow, Golden Jeffrey, Lostintranslation, Saxo Jack, Shoal Bay, Simply The Betts, Slate House, Trainwreck, Us And Them, Western Ryder, Dame Rose and Khudha complete the field.

Just five horses go to post in the Arkle with Willie Mullins' odds-on favourite Footpad heading the quintet.
Petit Mouchoir, Saint Calvados, Brain Power and Robinshill take him on.

The Ultima has failed to attract a full field with 18 runners lining up for the first handicap of the meeting.

Buveur D'Air will face 12 rivals when he defends his crown in the Unibet Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham on Tuesday.
Nicky Henderson's charge is unbeaten in three starts this season and is odds-on across the board to win back-to-back renewals since Hardy Eustace in 2004 and 2005.
Henderson also saddles three-times Champion Hurdle runner-up My Tent Or Yours, Charli Parcs and the only mare in the field, Verdana Blue.
Willie Mullins also launches a four-pronged assault, with 2015 Champion Hurdle hero Faugheen joined by stablemates Melon, Wicklow Brave and Yorkhill. Faugheen is fitted with cheek pieces for the first time.
Faugheen's owner, Rich Ricci, told Racing UK's Luck On Sunday programme: "We're looking for a little edge to give him his spark back.
"He certainly likes Cheltenham and he is, by all accounts, in very good order. He's as good as they can get him to be.
"Cheek pieces for the first time will add something a little different."
Gordon Elliott's Mick Jazz and the Henry de Bromhead-trained Identity Thief complete the Irish challenge.
Dan Skelton's Ch'Tibello, the Evan Williams-trained John Constable and the supplemented Elgin from Alan King's yard complete the line-up.
OLBG Mares' Hurdle

Reigning champion Apple's Jade heads nine runners in the David Nicholson Mares' Hurdle.
Taking her on are Benie des Diex, Indian Stream, Jer's Girl, Kayf Grace, La Bague Au Roi, Midnight Jazz, Midnight Tour and Pravalaguna.
National Hunt Challenge Cup Amateur Riders' Novices' Chase

A full field of 20 have been declared for the Close Brothers with a weight range of 8lb from top to bottom weight in its first year as a 0-145 handicap (from 0-140).
Testify tops the weights for Donald McCain along with Ted Walsh's Any Second Now.
Tycoon Prince, Le Rocher, Demi Sang, Conrad Hastings, Barney Dwan, Rather Be, De Plotting Shed, Rocklander, Divine Spear, Western Miller, Ibis du Rheu, Jameson, Report To Base, Livelovelaugh, Markov, Ballyhill, Kayf Adventure and Mister Whitaker all run.
The two reserves are Deauville Dancer and Cobra de Mai.
