GRAYHAWK finally got his jumping together last time out and ran a solid race, having fallen and unseated at Plumpton prior to his fourth at Huntingdon. The drop down in trip should be right up his street and he is feared.

However, the main selection in the extended two mile handicap chase at Fontwell this afternoon is CODE OF LAW who has been quite an expensive horse to follow over the winter, but there is reasoning to feel today could be the day he loses his maiden tag.

He has tended to get in close to his fences at times but in his last two starts his jumping has been a lot sharper.

It's likely he didn't quite get home last time in first-time cheekpieces and he could appreciate the figure of eight track today and finally get off the mark.

Seven Nation Army has been around for a while now and is a talented horse. Two wins from 25 starts is a disappointing return for a horse who looked to have a promising career ahead at one stage.

Of late he has been chasing and has shown some promise in that sphere, but he reverts back to hurdles here.

The ability is definitely there to win this but he hasn't got his head in front since 2013 and is passed over.

Be Daring is coming off a couple of disappointing runs and has a bit to prove for his new yard, while Welluptoscratch should appreciate today's better ground.

THE WICKET CHICKEN is a former point winner and there has been a lot to like about her last couple of bumper runs. She ran a solid race at Cheltenham, finishing third after a lay off, then won in good style at Hexham in what may have been a case of style over substance.

A good looking scopey type, she should keep improving and if she's reasonably sharp over the hurdles today I can see her stepping up once again.

This could be a strongly-run race and it may help to side with a hold-up horse. WITH PLEASURE has ability on the Flat and a true run race should help him settle. He is certainly overpriced at 10/1.
