My Renaissance is likely to get the run of the race here and is a solid sort in this type of affair. He should give punters a run for their money and it would be no surprise to see him lead from pillar to post.

Carnaross has a huge absence to overcome but has some decent efforts to his name, so it will be interesting to see what way he goes in the market.

PRETTY RECKLESS is the one that catches my eye. Her run two starts back is the race I want to focus on. This was a slowly run race where the pace held up and it was hard to make much ground up. She pulled pretty much from the get go and didn't run at all badly, finishing sixth beaten just over 12 lengths. Her style of running suggested that 2m could potentially be more beneficial and her technique over the baby fences was solid.

She was disappointing on her next start and could never get competitive.

Dan Skelton ran a similar zesty sort in Ashoka a week back over course and distance who won on her chase debut. I'm hoping Pretty Reckless replicates her stablemate's victory in similar fashion today.
