Elnadim Star took a big step forward from her debut at the course when she could finish only eighth, but that run last month came at a time when Ryan's string were just back in action.
He had the misfortune of being forced to close shop for a month due to a strain of equine herpes, but he is in red-hot form at the moment, as advertised again on the Westwood.
Tom Eaves, who was aboard both fillies, did not have to work too hard on Elnadim Star (11/4), who came home a length and a quarter clear of Zip Along
"She's a lovely filly," said Ryan.
"She got a bump first time out and couldn't really get involved, but she'll come on a ton for that. We've a lot of nice two-year-olds and this one should hopefully keep improving."

Gold Stone was sent off the 10/11 favourite having finished second on her debut over course and distance.
In what looked the weaker of the two divisions, she travelled smoothly before coming home just over a length clear of Debawtry.
"She's a lovely filly with a great future. We loved her when we bought her and she's grown a lot," said Ryan.
"She was a bit green first time, but she's obviously learned a lot from that. There is no plan, but we'll get her home and give her a bit of time."
Tim Easterby's Attention Seaker (3/1) defied a 6lb penalty for a recent win at Catterick in the Barbara's Special Birthday Year Handicap.
For much of the race it appeared Saeed bin Suroor's Maghfoor had everything covered, but he folded inside the final furlong allowing David Allan to take advantage.
"She's been fired twice as she's had tendon trouble, and that seems to have sorted her out," said Easterby.
"It was between here and Chepstow on the same day, but we banked on the rain - she wouldn't have run if it was fast - and we got lucky.
"She jumps like a buck over fences, so maybe we could think about chasing one day."
David O'Meara was on the scoresheet with Noah Amor (7/1) in the Bridge McFarland Handicap over five furlongs.
Mark Johnston's Go Now Go Now (6/1) looked a sitting duck in the Constant Security Nursery Handicap but he kept on pulling out more for PJ McDonald to beat Crownthorpe by a neck.
Richard Guest and Connor Beasley combined to win the seller with Sakhalin Star (8/1).
