The Masters 2019: Jordan Spieth favourite for 2019 event at Augusta National after stunning round on Sunday

Jordan Spieth's blistering finish on Sunday has made him Sky Bet's 8/1 favourite for next year's Masters, but how has this year's event affected the rest of the major market.

Spieth led after day one of this year's renewal before two disappointing rounds left him with work to do, but a stunning final-round 64 saw him bag his fourth top-three in just five visits to Augusta.

Sky Bet make him an 8/1 chance to win his second green jacket next year, while his performance at Augusta has him at just 10/3 to win one of the next three majors of 2018.

Sky Bet's 2019 Masters market

  • 8/1 Jordan Spieth
  • 10/1 Rory McIlroy
  • 11/1 Dustin Johnson
  • 12/1 Justin Thomas

Patrick Reed may be the reigning champion arriving at Augusta next year, but he's still only a 25/1 chance to make it back-to-back green jackets.

Runner-up Rickie Fowler insisted he's ready to win a major after he kept his nerve down the stretch but came up just short in second place - he's quoted at 16/1 to win next years Masters and 5/1 to win a major this year.

Fowler produced some of his most impressive golf under pressure on Sunday and is co-fifth-favourite alongside Jon Rahm and Justin Rose, both of whom contended during the event.

Rory McIlroy traded at odds-on when he got to within one of the lead on Sunday, but his wait for a career grand slam must go on and he's 10/1 to end it in 2019.

To win a major in 2018

  • 10/3 Spieth
  • 7/2 D Johnson, McIlroy
  • 7/2 McIlroy
  • 4/1 Thomas
  • 5/1 Fowler, Day, Rahm

Dustin Johnson is 11/1 with Justin Thomas on offer at 12/1 after his best Masters finish in three starts.

Looking ahead to the season's next major, Reed is 28/1 with Sky Bet, who make Spieth and Johnson their 10/1 joint-favourites from McIlroy at 11/1.

Masters winner Reed can be backed at 50/1 for the Open Championship, an event for which defending champion Spieth is a 10/1 shot, while he's 33/1 for the US PGA Championship.
