Arsenal v Slavia Prague

Read Jake Pearson's full preview here

Slavia Prague have been formidable domestically this season, unbeaten in the league having conceded just 15 goals all term, and they have taken that form into the Europa League.

The Czech side have kept five clean sheets in the competition this season, and they are likely to prove very difficult to break down once again.

Both of Slavia Prague’s away matches in the knockout stages of this competition have yielded 2-0 wins, and while that may be a tough order here, they do look to have been vastly underestimated by the market, particularly given Arsenal’s recent form.

Getting Slavia Prague on side is the aim, and we can do that by backing Slavia Prague or Draw (priced at 5/4) on the double chance market, or by backing SLAVIA PRAGUE +0.5 (priced at 13/8) on the Asian Handicap.

The price disparity about the same bet, just with a slightly different phrasing, is somewhat odd, but we can take advantage of that on Thursday, as we make money if Slavia avoid defeat at the Emirates.

Score prediction: Arsenal 1-1 Slavia Prague (Sky Bet odds: 6/1)

Odds correct at 1100 BST (07/04/21)

Granada v Manchester United

Read Liam Kelly's full preview here

Granada may be a surprise name in the hat at this stage of the competition, but a seventh place finish in the 2019/20 La Liga season is not to be sniffed at, and they've continued to be a solid outfit during this cramped campaign, retaining a top half spot domestically despite European obligations.

Their strength is undoubtedly their defensive discipline, especially at home, and that is the basis for a recommended bet of UNDER 1.5 GOALS in this first leg match-up.

Simply staying in the tie against a superior team is surely an objective for Diego Martinez's men, which could lead to a low-scoring affair against the heavily favoured United.

Although they've faced tough opposition, they've been excellent in the knockout rounds against Real Sociedad and AC Milan, conceding only once in four matches. That defensive solidity should continue here.

As a result, United can be be expected to dominate a fixture they should win given the disparity in player quality. However, Granada's backline is capable of keeping this closer than the prices suggest.

Score prediction: Granada 0-1 Manchester United (Sky Bet odds: 9/2)

Odds correct 1130 BST (07/04/21)

Ajax v Roma

Read Jake Pearson's full preview here

Roma have kept five clean sheets in their 10 Europa League matches this season, with five of those 10 matches also seeing just one side hit the back of the net.

Ajax themselves kept a clean sheet in each of their two legs in the last round of this competition, but for all the attacking prowess they have shown in the Dutch league this term, they did fail to score in 50% of their Champions League group stage matches.

It would make sense for Roma to sit back and play for an away goal, while by the same token, Ajax will surely have learnt from their recent European endeavors and be a little less gung-ho.

This represents a good opportunity for both of these sides to progress to the semi-finals of a major European tournament, and the best way to do that is through caution.

This tie really could go either way, but backing BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE 'NO' at a price of 6/4 with BetVictor makes plenty of sense given what is at stake.

Score prediction: Ajax 0-0 Roma (Sky Bet odds: 14/1)

Odds correct at 1230 BST (07/04/21)

Dinamo Zagreb v Villarreal

Read Liam Kelly's full preview here

Dinamo Zagreb's reward for a stunning comeback against Tottenham in the last round is a quarter-final clash with in-form Villarreal.

Dinamo have conceded just one goal in their five home matches in this competition, winning four of those fixtures.

However, they've only scored eight goals across those games, often relying on that extremely solid defence to earn success.

Speaking of success, Villarreal have breezed to this stage of the competition, remaining unbeaten throughout their European campaign with nine wins and one draw.

Unai Emery's side dispatched of Dynamo Kiev with consummate ease in the Round of 16, barely allowing a scoring opportunity in a 4-0 aggregate win.

In fact, Villarreal have conceded just one goal in their last six Europa League matches, making UNDER 1.5 GOALS an interesting proposition

Score prediction: Dinamo Zagreb 0-0 Villarreal (Sky Bet odds: 9/2)

Odds correct 1330 BST (07/04/21)
