All the results and reviews from the 2016 UK Open darts event, which took place at the Butlins Minehead Resort from March 4-6.

The Coral UK Open 2016 Finals - widely dubbed the 'FA Cup of Darts' - took place at the Butlins Minehead Resort in Somerset from March 4-6 and it was the defending champion Michael van Gerwen who emerged triumphant from the field of 128 players as he beat the 2015 runner-up Peter Wright in the final yet again.

The prestigious tournament featured the top 96 players from the final UK Open Order of Merit following the six qualifying events held in Wigan in February as well as 32 Rileys Amateur Qualifiers who won through knockouts held in Rileys Sports Bars across the nation.

Van Gerwen, who won three of the six qualifiers, was one of the top 32 players from the Order of Merit who entered at the third round stage while those ranked 33-64 came in at the second round. The opening round consisted of those ranked 65-96 and the Rileys Amateur Qualifiers.

The draws for each round were made at random and there are no seedings.

Here, you can see how the tournament unfolded with all the results broken down round-by-round and daily with links to each day's review of the action. We also have details of the tournament format, the UK Open Order of Merit, pre-event odds courtesy of Sky Bet and a history section complete with past winners and records.
