Aaron Finch inspires Australia to series-clinching win over Pakistan in third one-day international

Captain Aaron Finch inspired them with 90 off 136 balls towards a total of 266 for six, though he missed out on becoming the first Australian to hit three successive ODI centuries.

Glenn Maxwell also impressed at the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi, scoring 71 off 55 balls after being dropped on 28.

Pakistan, who leaked 90 runs in the final 10 overs, struggled to cope with bowlers Adam Zampa (four for 43) and Pat Cummins (three for 24), with opening batsman Imam-ul-Haq making the biggest impact with 46.

The two remaining ODIs take place in Dubai on Friday and Sunday.
