England have returned a full complement of negative results in their latest round of coronavirus tests ahead of their intra-squad match at the Ageas Bowl.
The last round took place on Monday and that was the third time the players and management have been tested, an England and Wales Cricket Board spokesperson said.
England's 30-man training group will compete in a three-day warm-up starting on July 1, in what will be the final chance to seal a Test squad place ahead of the three-match series against the West Indies next month.
There was further welcome news as Pakistan's 20-man squad and 11 support staff tested negative for the virus since arriving into the UK over the weekend.
Pakistan are slated to play three Tests and as many Twenty20 internationals against England, starting in August.
