Losing run now stands at 11 but finding some form of late, including when third in 2m Ascot handicap (heavy) last time out. Tough ask under these conditions however but holds place claims.
Winner at Chester on his reappearance and generally running to his mark since, including good third at York last time out. Solid claims if transferring that form to the AW.
Without a win since 2018 and had looked modest this season before respectable third in Haydock handicap (1m6f) in late September. Likely to be competitive from around this mark.
C&D winner in the past but not as good since, including when last of 8 in Pontefract contest (1m4f) when last seen inn August. Significant bounce back required over testing trip.
Smart sort earlier in his career but not the same as of late. Well held last of 6 on recent debut for this stable at this track earlier this month and likely to be one of the outsiders in this.
Has racked up three wins in a busy campaign this term but form has tailed off of late, including when last of nine at Chelmsford (1m6f) earlier this month. Back up in trip for this.
Good winner of Pontefract handicap two starts ago but was short of room at a crucial stage at Chelmsford (1m6f) last time out. More will still be required here however.

Ballylemon (4/6), Sovereign Duke (9/2), Infrastructure (6/1), Reshoun (13/2), Darksideoftarnside (7/1), Rochester House (12/1), Busy Street (14/1), Platitude (20/1), To Be Wild (25/1)
A handicap where the rivals have something to prove, preference is for RESHOUN, who showed glimpses of his old form when finishing third at Haydock and looks to be well-placed to get back to winning ways. Infrastructure cannot be dismissed on his impressive form this season, however this represents a stern test and a career-best, while Sovereign Duke can be forgiven for his effort in the Cesarewitch and may be a dark horse.
