Likes this course but has gone off the boil lately; made no impact over 5f latest but his previous C&D form reads well in the context of this race. Needs to bounce back but can go close if on song.
Reaches the landmark of 100 career runs if he is turned out and is respected on the pick of his efforts. Showed he still has enthusiasm when winning at Salisbury last month. Held from this mark twice since though.
Ran well for today's rider at Salisbury earlier in the month; which was a big step forward on his debut run for his current yard. Might be more to come; he's one to bear in mind if the betting market speaks highly of him.
Goes well here and respected for that fact alone; the return to 6f will suit and he's on a handy mark so would be dangerous to rule out.
Tries blinkers after modest efforts since a win on debut run for trainer Richard Hughes at Ffos Las last July; poor effort when well backed on seasonal return earlier this month and now on a retrieval mission.
Last won from a mark of 74 but has been in a steady decline since then; difficult to say he's anything other than on the downgrade on recent evidence. Needs a big effort to prove that statement wrong.
Won at Haydock on heavy ground at the start of this month but already held from this mark twice since; handles the predicted going, so more in his favour than some; worth a cautionary betting check.
Won at Brighton (6f, good to firm) in May but form has been a mixed bag since; poor the last time he was tried with give in the ground and others are more convincing under the prevailing conditions.
Likes this C&D (won here from a mark of 67 in August 2017) but form has been through peaks and troughs since then; unseated his rider leaving the stalls latest, all severe enough reservations to consider giving him the swerve this time.
Good effort with the blinkers back on last time but had previously finished behind a couple of these over C&D last month. Needs things to go his way and looks risky for win only purposes.
Made all to win a lads race at Salisbury eight days ago and is paired off with the same rider and runs from the same mark again here. Conditions will suit and another bold bid can be expected.,
Lightly raced and been consistent so far; possibly pulled too hard to do himself justice on his handicap debut last time and might be more to come now he's dropped back a furlong. The betting can guide.
Decent sprinter at this sort of level but is generally more effective over the minimum trip. Has won at this course before and soft ground shouldn't inconvenience him; dangerous to underestimate.
His yard does well with this type of horse but he's yet to hit full stride this season; very well handicapped on past form but bits of recent form say he's got a bit to find with a few of the others.
His solitary career win so far came over 7f on the Tapeta surface at Newcastle last March; lost his way since and has been dropped 3lb since his seasonal bow at Wolverhampton at the start of this month. Others much more convincing.
Two of his five career wins have been over C&D and, given his improved showing last time out, this might be a good time for him to return to his favourite course; on the same mark as his last win and has solid place claims at least.

Several have decent C&D form to their names and this is a minefield in terms of which will relish the conditions the most this time; Fantasy Justifier, who races under a featherweight, and Jaganory who is a speedy type but does last 6f, could be good value to make the frame, while Jungle Juice responded well to make all in an apprentices race last time and is also worth a place on the shortlist. However, preference goes to HEY HO LET'S GO, who has more scope than most and can make this a good test if he settles better this time. Swanton Blue and Kinglami also have place claims in a tricky race to fathom.
- Hey Ho Let's Go
- Jungle Juice
- Fantasy Justifier
