Big Bad Bob gelding who cost €42,000 as a yearling. Off the mark first time out over 1m at Naas 12 months ago, subsequently beaten on a couple of occasions since but likely to improve on handicap debut.
Running well in defeat showing plenty of promise last season since winning a Tipperary maiden in June. Five runners from the yard in the last month have failed to hit the frame and the colt may need the run.
Winner of one of his three starts over C&D hitting the frame on a further start. Comes here from a fruitful winter on the AW at Dundalk and rates a leading contender in this company.
Generally struggled last season following success in a Killarney maiden over this trip on soft ground in May. Yard yet to strike from six runners in the last 30 days and best watched.
Off the mark on the Flat at the 13th time of asking at Listowel in September off a 4lb lower mark. Well held since and first time visor unlikely to bring about the required amount of improvement needed to play a role here.
Ran well all starts as a juvenile. Disappointing when hot favourite on belated comeback but improved for that when beaten a neck by 90 rated rival at Cork in October before a solid run at Leopardstown later in the month. Leading player on return.
Son of Lethal Force purchased for £44,000 as a yearling in August 2016. Modest 80-rated maiden for trainer Ger Lyons before being well held on stable debut on the AW at Dundalk last month. Form doesn't warrant support here.
Running well in defeat since returning to Dundalk on the AW last month not beaten far in a couple of starts over varying trips. Yard in fine form right now and is difficult to dismiss.
Could find it tough going here following a couple of disappointments including failing to beat any of the opposition on his last two starts. First time blinkers unlikely to bring about the required amount of progression needed to land a blow here.
Sole win was gained at Bellewstown over this trip in the summer but remains 5lb above that mark. Overall record casts doubt on her ability to get competitive at this level.
Has a win and a place over this trip but struggled in the later parts of the season and needs to improve on a couple of below par performances. Slipping in the weights but still opposable.
Well held and never nearer in four career starts before first-time hood failed to spark improvement when finishing 11th of 16 on latest start at Gowran Park in October. Best watched with stable debut in first-time tongue-tie.
By Dawn Approach. Dam was a maiden from three starts but related to useful middle distance performers. Winner at the fifth time of asking landing a Dundalk maiden on the AW earlier this month. Could go well with notable jockey booking.
Winner for John Butler at Kempton last October but is yet to hit the ground running for new connections. Will need to raise overall profile to play a role.
Well beaten and no impression in a couple of starts on the AW at Dundalk recently but returns on turf where the filly won a Gowran Park claimer in September when in the hands of trainer Ger Lyons.
Zoffany colt out of a Statue Of Liberty mare. Nothing of note in four career starts since September and others look to have more scope for improvement.
