Won three times on turf and once on the Fibresand over this trip last year. 6lb higher than that All Weather win at present, but was right back to form from this mark last time and against her own sex here she looks a leading player.
5f and good ground suits this filly who has still been improving, although she was a disappointment last time out at Nottingham when she took a keen grip. Gets on well with this pilot, who has chosen to lead with her before now and perhaps reverting to those tactics might be the key to a return to form.
Won a 6½f contest on debut at Doncaster (good to firm) last year and was placed in an Ascot Group Three over 6f in July. That performance has cost her since, however, and she is now rated a stone below that. Blinkered for the first time here but badly out of sorts last time and not easy to fancy at present.
An improver, who won a maiden on her third start and then went to Windsor (5f, good to firm) and won on her handicap debut from a mark of 74. Raised 8lb for that, but the front pair were clear and you couldn't dismiss a further improved effort from her this time, which puts her firmly in the mix.
All three of her wins were last season, one of them on turf at Yarmouth (5f, good to firm) in August and the best of them at Wolverhampton from 5lb lower than today. However, she was comfortably held from 1lb higher last time and needs to do some improving to take a hand.
Scored at Goodwood (5f, good) on debut just over a year ago and resumed with a nice enough effort at Redcar in April, but has been out of sorts in two runs since and looks up against it on that evidence.
MABS CROSS has a lovely, improving profile and she looks capable of taking another step forward here and winning this. Showdaisy came back to form last time and looks a danger to the selection, while Midnight Malibu is feared if she is allowed to bowl along and Lydia's Place is not ruled out.
