David Ord has two bets for Sunday's cards with the Nap a horse who showed improved form on his first start for Henry Daly.
SUNDAY - NAP OF THE DAY
BANANA JOE - 4.50 Hereford (NAP)
Having shaped well on his first start for Henry Daly at Taunton last time, BANANA JOE is fancied to land the Central Roofing Novices' Handicap Hurdle.
He proved disappointing for Ben Pauling but after an encouraging run in a November point-to-point, he took a step forward returned to Rules last month, staying on well to finish third behind Russian Service.
He'll be suited by the slight step up in trip here and Richard Johnson is booked for the ride. A big run is on the cards.
HIGH UP IN THE AIR - 2.40 Fontwell
The assessor is going to get hold of HIGH UP IN THE AIR soon but hopefully not before he's won the Enjoy Champagne PIAFF Novices' Limited Handicap Chase.
Gary Moore's charge is on a five-timer here and six pounds higher than when winning at Sandown last time. He gets weight from all his rivals though and will be hard to peg back if getting an uncontested lead. He's a strong-travelling front-runner who is on the upgrade and should be followed in his current form.
