15.45 Sky Bet Sunday Series EBF Fillies' Restricted Novice Stakes

Speriao, the only winner in the field, has a penalty to carry and LADY LAVINA is preferred. She's run twice, improving form debut to finish second at Chelmsford last time. If she steps forward again she'll be hard to beat.

16.15 Sky Bet Sunday Series Handicap

Mark and Charlie Johnston can complete a quick double with LOVE IS GOLDEN. He has top weight of ten stone to carry but was back to form when second at Chester last time and will be hard to catch from the front. Jockey Ben Curtis is having great season too.

16.45 Sky Bet Sunday Series Pontefract Castle Fillies' Stakes

A good race this with narrow preference for BARTZELLA. She might need to improve again to confirm her Goodwood superiority over Lady Hayes but that is perfectly possible. She's a well bred filly on a roll at the moment and represents a top team in Danny Tudhope and William Haggas.

17.15 Sky Bet Sunday Series Pontefract Cup Handicap

We're more accustomed to seeing the JP McManus silks in action over jumps but DIDTHEYLEAVEUOUTTO can carry them to victory on the Flat here. The selection is useful over hurdles himself and running well on the level at the moment. The step up to two-and-a-quarter miles looks certain to suit.

17.45 Sky Bet Sunday Series Middle-Distance Handicap

Ed Dunlop has his horses in good form at the moment and HAUNTED DREAM, taking on the older horses, can add another win to the tally. He has been given a short break after disappointing at Ripon but if back to the form of his second to Bolthole at Newmarket the time before is interesting here.

18.15 Sky Bet Sunday Series 3YO Mile Handicap

BULLET FORCE ran well at Chester last time in a better race than this and is another top weight I fancy on the card. Karl Burke's team continue to go well, he was among the winners at Royal Ascot, and his runner here was left with too much to do on the Roodee. He looks a winner waiting to happen.

18.45 Sky Bet Sunday Series Sprint Handicap

Eilean Dubh drops to six furlongs in his bid for a third win in the Series this year. He'll be coming home strongly but stall 17 makes it difficult for him. For that reason I'm with IL BANDITO who won at York last time over seven furlongs. He's up five pounds but well drawn in six and should be able to track a very strong pace before being produced with his challenge.
