Ryan Moore is 5/4 to win the Racing UK Qatar Goodwood Festival Top Jockey Award for the third successive season, the winner will receive a subscription to Racing UK, a £1,000 donation to the charity of his/her choice, and a deluxe Goodwood hamper.
