Hermosa will not travel to France for the Prix de Diane for her next start, with Aidan O'Brien's filly set to contest the Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot.
The daughter of Galileo will stick to a mile following her victories in both the English and Irish 1000 Guineas and bid to follow in the footsteps of Attraction and Winter, who both won the Coronation Stakes on the back of dual-Guineas success.
Finsceal Beo won both the English and Irish Guineas before finishing eighth in the Coronation Stakes - and she was runner-up in the Poule d'Essai des Pouliches (French 1000 Guineas) as well.
"She came out of the Irish Guineas well and after we discussed plans we decided to aim for the Coronation rather than the Prix de Diane," O'Brien told the Racing Post on Wednesday.
Hermosa was cut to 6/4 from 3/1 by Sky Bet for her Royal Ascot assignment.
"The possibility of Hermosa running at Chantilly was factored into her Coronation Stakes price a little," said Sky Bet spokesman Michael Shinners.
"Now her target has been confirmed we've cut her to 6/4 favourite on the back of her impressive spring campaign."
