Cracksman set for Craven gallop under Frankie Deettori

Cracksman and Frankie Dettori will have a racecourse gallop before racing at Newmarket on Tuesday.

John Gosden's Champion Stakes hero will strut his stuff over the Rowley Mile accompanied by one stablemate at 12.40pm, 70 minutes before racing is due to get under way at 1.50pm.

The Frankel colt has been earmarked to make his seasonal reappearance in the Prix Ganay at ParisLongchamp on April 29.

As well as his demolition job in the Champion Stakes, Cracksman was placed in both the Derby and the Irish equivalent, and won the Great Voltigeur Stakes at York and the Prix Niel at Chantilly.

He ended the year with an official rating of 130, which was 2lb superior to his brilliant stablemate Enable, who won two Classics, the King George and the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe.
