Aidan O'Brien is still hoping to get Acapulco to Royal Ascot after she was forced to miss Saturday's Greenlands Stakes at the Curragh.
Having made a winning start to life with O'Brien earlier this month in a Listed race, O'Brien was keen to test her at a higher level before heading to Berkshire.
Winner of the Queen Mary in 2015 for Wesley Ward, Acapulco is in foal to champion sire Galileo.
O'Brien said: "Acapulco has a temperature but hopefully she will be all right to run at Royal Ascot."
